The Germans, British and French are the most interested in buying homes of more than 1 million euros in Spain.
In the ranking established from the data collected by a study of idealista.com, Germans are in the first place, accumulating 18% of searches for luxury homes in our country. Next, the British, with 11% and third, the French, with a 10% accumulation in searches.
Outside the podium would be the Americans, who accumulate 9% in searches, and, finally, the Dutch with 7%.
These countries' interest in luxury homes is concentrated in 10 provinces.

After Barcelona and with an accumulation of 8% of searches by the wealthiest foreigners, Alicante is the favorite area of the Dutch, who accumulate 15% of searches.
Not far behind are the Germans, with an accumulation of 14%, the third place on this podium is for the British, who have an accumulation of 11%. In fourth place, there are the French, with 10%, and finally, the Swedes, who have an accumulation of 6%.
